Each item is produced specifically for you on an order-by-order basis. Once your order is placed, we begin the production process immediately to ensure you receive your custom product as quickly as possible.

Defective or Damaged Items

While we do not accept returns or exchanges, if you receive a defective or damaged item due to a manufacturing error or shipping damage, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will review each case individually and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
